Procedure
- All disputes and claims such as mortgage of property, legal hire clearances, relevant documents, etc.., shall be made in place by the land owner and the same shall be provided to the developer for due diligence
- Design Plan to be finalized in consultation with the builder-approved architect.
- Agreement for joint venture development shall be prepared and signed by land owners clearly defining the interest, share of property to be enjoyed post development, design, specification, and floor plans, compensations if any, payouts if any, purchase agreements if any, etc.., shall be made in consensus.
- Post demolition approvals the Owners to hand over vacant positions to the builder.
- Power shall be drawn and handed to the developer for development.
- Only upon the receipt of power in totality, will the developer proceed with the approvals for
Construction.
- Post-construction, the developer shall facilitate the registration of the property in the buyer’s name. The property shall then be handed over after settlement of all dues/payouts
